Jodrell Bank’s award-winning festival of discovery, Bluedot, returns next month (7-9 July) and, along with a truly stellar line-up of music, science, arts, and cosmic culture, there’s an amazing food offer to discover too.
Prepare for a walk through a taste sensation of carefully curated cuisine in our G’astronomy Village. Delve into the tastiest, freshiest churros, a perfect blend of traditional Spanish heritage and the British sweet tooth with Los Churros, sample Piggie Smalls fast food US classics with their unique style stamped across it, enjoy a themed twisted tea party with Kitty’s Cake Emporium – with veggie and gluten free options – and delight in the best pan-Asian culinary cusine with Tampopo providing a multitude of authenic flavouring, while Bombay Bhajis will take you on a journey through the dusty highways of India with a kaleidoscope of bright paints, motifs and typography.
Veggie and vegan discoverers are set to be just as stuffed to the brim with Castaway Kitchen serving Mediterranean more-ish wraps, Vegetaria, Falafel, Tibetan Kitchen (also meat options!),The Fruit Salad Bar Camping, Mexican Jumping Bean, Chunky Chips Wicked Dips, Chips & Dips and the Bluedot Cafe.
Looking for food with that added extra kick? Flaming Cactus will be bringing the soul of Mexico alongside the super spices of Katsu.
Sassy Street food will be provided by Streatza, Somtam Street, Paellaria, Sea Cow (we all need fish and chips in our life!) and French & Grace.
