Essential Cuisine have changed the game!
Known as ‘The Stock People’ Essential Cuisine have been the base (literally) of many a great meal for me. From vegan friendly bean burgers using their concentrated vegetable stock to a cold-killing hearty chicken noodle soup made with their chicken stock. Essential Cuisine really has become an essential in my house.
The British company based in Winsford, Cheshire is expanding. Not content with making delicious stocks in powder form, the team at Essential Cuisine have now branched out into liquid stock too! I was lucky enough to try the liquid range before its release and I have to say it is fantastic. A great addition to any kitchen! Just as easy to use as the powdered stocks, the liquid stock bursts with flavour and, just like the rest of the range, is gluten free and suitable for coeliacs.
Not sure what to make with your liquid stock? Not to worry, Essential Cuisine have a fantastic page of their website dedicated to a mix of recipes using their entire range! From Balsamic Barbecue Ribs to Lobster Risotto, Chicken and Chorizo Paella to Spring Minestrone soup. There really is something for everyone – from basic recipes to something more challenging for the more adventurous!
