The Ice Cream Farm, based just outside of Chester, is gearing up for a half term and Halloween of non-stop family fun, including a series of toe-tapping shows with ‘Betty Butterscotch’s School of Magic’ at their Playhouse, in collaboration with Pop Up Entertainment and limited-edition black waffle cones and spiced pumpkin ice cream.

Suitable for all ages, the magical performances will be fully scripted with plenty of singing, dancing and audience participation to keep the whole family entertained.  Located in the Tipi Theatre, ‘The Playhouse’ at The Ice Cream Farm, little ones can join Crazy Daisy and friends as they learn to enchant, bewitch and become witches and wizards. Every child who visits in Halloween fancy dress will be entered into a draw to win a VIP Play Pass worth £100.

General Manager of The Ice Cream Farm, Katie Lewis, comments: “We are so excited to be collaborating with Pop Up Entertainment again for Halloween. The shows proved hugely popular earlier in the year, so Betty Butterscotch and her friends will be putting on a fun filled show with lots of magical surprises and we can’t wait to see some amazing Halloween fancy dress outfits!”.

During half term, as well as The Playhouse performances, there will be an array of special Halloween attractions including a ‘spooky train’ word search, spider hunt and ‘Gemstone Cove’ will be renamed as ‘Gemstone Creepy Cove’ where little ones will be able to pan for gold and other Halloween themed treats. Visitors over the Halloween period will also be able to enjoy limited edition black waffle cones and spiced pumpkin flavour ice cream.

The Playhouse shows start on 29th October and run until 2nd November with bookable slots available from 12-3pm.

Although you can book on the day, pre-booking online is advised. All online bookings will receive a single play Play Pass worth £4.50 on entry! To purchase your tickets, visit: https://www.theicecreamfarm.co.uk/the-playhouse/
