Home made presents are always a lovely thoughtful gift but at this busy time of year, this recipe is the ideal way to put a bit of love into your gifts without the vast time commitment. This is a lovely quick recipe that you can make for friends and family and even get the kids involved in. You can add flavors like nuts and fruits but Caramel and vanilla on its own is melt in the mouth.

Line try with grease prof paper or baking parchment 8 by 8 inch, (20cm or 20cm) square tin

Melt the Chocolate and butter in the microwave or over a ban Marie

Start slowly stirring it every 30 seconds if doing in the microwave you do not want to burn it and with White chocolate having high percentage of Coco butter it will burn quickly if not watched.

Remove from microwave before all pieces are fully melted and stir till melted completely.

Add the Vanilla Seed paste and stir through

Then add the Dulce de Leche but don’t mix it to much, you do not want to fully combine it. Just mixed through so you can see the swills of white chocolate and caramel mix but not mixed in.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours till set then cut up and keep in an airtight jar and try not to eat it all
