Ready Steady Cook Star, Chef Paul Rankin, has been signed to appear at the 2020 Taste Cheshire Food and Drink Festival next Easter at Chester Racecourse.
Festival Organiser, Briony Wilson said, “We are delighted to welcome back Paul Rankin. He appeared on our stage in 2018 and we had many people contact us to ask if we could get him back. He was great entertainment with his amazing stories and we all felt that we only touched the surface of his incredible life in the food and drink industry. The true measure of the great celebrity chefs is in their ability to tell a story, make us laugh and cook great food, in this regard Paul is amongst the very best and we are proud that we have secured him for 2020, it’s going to be a great year and his signing is just the first for what will be a stellar line-up. Look out for more big signings shortly”
Paul Rankin hails from Ballywater in Northern Ireland and his restaurant, Roscoff was the first to achieve a Michelin Star in the country. Since opening in 2005 Paul has appeared in numerous television programmes and has always delivered his award-winning food with a smile, something that the many people who witness his demonstrations come back for time and again.
The Taste Cheshire Food and Drink Festival takes place from the 11th-13th April 2020, Easter Saturday until Easter Monday at Chester Racecourse. Paul Rankin will appear on Saturday the 11th of April at midday and 3pm.
