1. Heat butter in a pan and add the diced lamb.
2. Once browned, pour Big 5 Durban Curry Sauce over the lamb and add chopped pepper and let it simmer with the lid on, stirring occasionally, for approx 45 mins.
3. To hollow out the bread rolls, cut across the top quarter of the roll with a serrated knife, gently pull the inner lining of bread out to make your bread bowl.
4. Whilst the lamb is cooking, mix up the chopped coriander, tomatoes and red onion into a salsa.
5. Serve the curry in the bread bowl and sprinkle salsa on top. Sour cream also compliments this well!
