The countdown begins, and I’m sure that this sunshine has got you as excited as it has us about the return of the Beer Garden experience. The future looks bright and shiny and so do all the places we work with. Our venues have been working hard to clean up polish up and prepare for your return. Many have added exciting new outdoor areas, new menus, new everything really to show you their very best.
They have missed you, we have missed them…so here’s a sneaky peek at their plans to whet your appetite.
1539 – Are excited to welcome you back to the Roof top terrace with and all new menu available from April 12th. I’m just going to leave this thought with you; Bloody Mary Chicken wings with blue cheese slaw…
Bar Lounge – Reopening plans have not yet been announced but his Good Friday, they have a special Katsu focused Fry-day. Plus the Saturday Sausage fest will also continue this Saturday, with all proceeds going to Cash for kids. I thoroughly recommend you pick up a bottle of their limited edition bar lounge red wine… it’s delicious and pairs well with sausages!
Bean & Cole – These guys are troopers and have been open for takeaway throughout this pandemic lockdown. If you haven’t been, you should definitely try and swing by. For a hot delicious coffee or a cold iced late…whatever takes your fancy. Their sandwiches are interesting and tasty and their bakes, are incredible. Recommendations include the Nutella scroll and the lemon meringue Cruffins!
Bents Garden and Home – The Shop at Bents remains open for foodie delights. including their not to be missed dessert of the week, these are all currently take away only though but as soon as they reopen for sit down food, we will let you know. Their guts outside continue to offer takeway options too.
Burger Shed 41 – Their epic takeaways have really kept us going theses past few months and they continue, available for collection or through their delivery partner Deliveroo. Keep your eyes on their offers too, there is always a special deal worth trying!
Carden Arms – The team is buy getting ready to Reopen on Tuesday 13th April for outside dining, the menu is being finalised, the beer has been ordered and the heated marquees will be installed soon – we will keep you updated, but get in touch now to reserve your table.
Commonhall Social- The countdown has begun! Not only will you be able to enjoy a pint and the fabulous sharing board on the Commonhall Social Terrace, but the popup is returning to Racecourse also! No booking required #firstcomefirstserved

Dockets 33 – Docket at Home continues to be available from next week. You may have seen Stuart Collins from Docket on the Great British Menu. Bookings for reopening are open, but after the show, you maty find it hard to get a table there for a little while so be prepared to book well in advance.
Falafel Xpress – Have been open this whole time for Takeaway and delivery, and boy do we thank them for their service!! Outstanding healthy, tasty food available delivered to your door has been a god send. if you haven’t tried them…give them a go.
George and Dragon – Is getting ready to reopen its doors once again on May 17th!
Hickorys Smokehouse – Who’s ready for some cocktail sippin’ and barbecue eatin’ in our garden? Join us from Aprils 12th! But if that’s too long… Outdoor meet-ups just got a whole lot better. Now that small gatherings in our own backyards have been permitted what better way to catch up with your six friends or another household than with a Hickory’s At Home! 
La Popote – Their incredible La Popote at home Ready meal service continues with weekly new menus. Some of them have been out of this world amazing!! Keep an eye on our social media for menu and opening updates.
Little Tap – Don’t have a huge amount of outdoor space but their pop up shop and tasty little tap on tour takeaway menu continues to keep the little tap name on everyone local’s lips. They are working to make the place all ready for your return, so keep an eye out for updates.
Mottram Hall – No need to wait… the golf course at Mottram is already open and we have a great selection of Spa Packages available from April 12th, with more to come when they fully reopen on May 17th.
Oddfellows – The secret garden is back April 16th! Come rain or shine our heated garden is here for you Friday- Sunday each week. Make sure you book here; as they will not be accepting walk-ins at this time.
Oddfellows on the Park – So happy to announce we are fully reopening on May 17th, we are avaible to take bookings from 9-5pm – Monday through Friday.
Olive Tree Brasserie – We cant wait to welcome you back on May 17th, book online now.
Opera Grill – We absolutely can not wait for a summer of fun on our summer terrace starting from Monday 12th April for outdoor dining! You can also privately hire our terrace for special occasions. If you are interested in booking our terrace for a private function please email; [email protected].
Palm Court – Casual outdoor drinking and dining will be available at the hotel in our brand-new marquee from April 12th. Guests will be welcome to join us to drink or dine onsite in an outdoor marquee with lighting from 11am-8pm daily. 
Food will be served from a reduced, casual menu from 12pm either to take away or dine onsite. Guests can book their table in the marquee by calling our reservations team on 01244 570560 or by emailing [email protected]. Full Hotel and dining options reopening on May 17th.
Ring O’Bells – It’s not long until we meet again & we will have a brand new menu when we reopen! The team is working hard getting the pub ready, so we have taken a little break with Bells2Go but don’t worry it will be back!
Stapeley House Tea Room – The tea room will be reopening from May 17th – book your table now on our website. They cant wait to welcome you back.
Sticky Paws – The little ones will be very happy to hear Sticky Paws its opening its doors once again on May 17th, book your table and play session now on the website.
The Bears Paw- Casual outdoor drinking and dining will be available from 11am-8pm daily from April 12th. Food will be served from a reduced, casual menu from 12pm either to take away or dine onsite, with tables in the beer garden available to book. Tables on the front terrace will be available first come, first served. Guests can book their table by calling our team on 01270 526317 or by
emailing [email protected]. Accommodation at the inn will reopen to support essential travel only until leisure breaks are permitted on May 17th.
The Botanist – Is anyone else missing the famous Botanist’s Hanging Kebabs? Not to worry, they are reopening on May 17th and you can book your table now.
The Fishpool Inn- Casual outdoor drinking and dining will be available from 11am-8pm daily from April 12th Food will be served from a reduced, casual menu from 12pm either to take away or dine onsite, with tables in the beer garden available to book. The Hart of Hartford- The booking system is Live and ready for you to book your table for outside drinking and dining from April 12th! Don’t miss out book your table now.
The Kinderton – Bookings can be made for a maximum of 6 people for dining or just drinks, message us direct for all enquiries. Plus on Thursday the 15th, we are bringing back the quiz, there’s a twist its outside but undercover!
The Lost and Found, Knutsford – Missing our beautiful botanical hideaways? Our delicious food? Our theatrical cocktails? Well we have good news…we’re pleased to announce that we are re-opening our doors for alfresco drinking and dining from Monday 12th April and we can’t wait to welcome you back! The Moorings, Chester – We’re currently open for take away only, 7 days a week! We’re serving hot coffee, homemade scones and our famous breakfast buns, we hope to see you down here soon. From April 12th we will be opening our beautiful terrace, we cant wait to see you all!
The Pheasant Inn – Casual outdoor drinking and dining will be available from 11am-8pm daily. Food will be served from a reduced, casual menu from 12pm either to take away or dine onsite, with tables in the beer garden available to book. Pennsylvania Cottage will reopen to provide self-catered accommodation for groups of one household or support bubble. All dining and accommodation offering fully reopening May 17th.
The Ship Inn Handbridge – We cannot wait to see you on May 17th!! The booking system is now live and accepting bookings on all 3 floors …. have you seen the photos of Ship Inn Private dining room? So gorgeous & we are so ready for a party!
The Townhouse Secret Garden– The sun is shining and The Secret Garden at The Townhouse is ready! Countdown is officially on to when we re-open from the 12th April. We have lots planned – keep your eyes peeled!
The White Horse – We have been completely blown away with all the bookings we have received this week ready for the big reopening on April 12th! The menu’s are being created, the kegs are being ordered in and we are so excited to see all of our lovely guests very soon! The question is… what will you be drinking first?!
Urbano32 – Their Saturday slices have been a huge hit and are currently continuing. Claire from Urbano though has promised us sneak peeks of the new menu and new wines that will be arriving in time for their reopening so watch this space
Wild & Wild – From April 12th, are open 7 days a week for longer hours, with outdoor seating. But you don’t have to wait that long they are still doing takeaway. Grazing boxes, Brunch boxes and their new snack subscription boxes are amongst the most popular and local delivery is available.
