To celebrate two years since serving their first pint, The Egerton Arms in Little Budworth near Oulton Park will be holding a spectacular, three day Beer and Music festival.

This idyllic countryside pub, closed for many years, has since found a new lease of life having been taken over by the three young Walter sisters -Francesca, Emily and Alice. The festival that will run from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th of July will be the second major Beer Festival that the family has hosted and things are all set for it to be the most successful yet.

Showcasing a selection of real ales from selected local breweries, the festival will be an opportunity to try new and interesting beers from the region in a fun and eclectic setting. New to the bill this year is also a range of award-winning real ciders, craft kegs and a takeaway bottle beer bar.

Six different acts will form the musical line-up – acoustic musicians playing in the afternoons then larger bands upping the amps in the evening to get you dancing. In keeping with the festival vibe, expect hog-roasts, barbecues, wood-fired pizza and even a pop-up Thai. Beer, bunting, hay bales – a proper countryside beer festival!
