  We spent a lovely evening spent with Brian Mellor of Harthill Cookery School and Gavin Matthews of Dee 106.3. Discussing Brian’s Cheshire based Cookery school and new BBQ terrace  and to top it off we tasted Salmon Smoked on coals with an apple slaw, Chicken wings marinaded in Oyster sauce and lemon! Absolutely devine.
