The world-famous tennis tournament at Wimbledon begins today and we're joining the pros with a winning serve. When it comes to refreshments during Wimbledon season, nothing quite beats a tipple of Hydropathic Pudding Summer Fruit Cup. Made with 7kg of fresh, Herefordshire-grown fruit in every 40 bottles - strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants - it's been wowing the crowds with vibrant, fruity flavour since 2017. The aptly named Courtside is a refreshing, fruit-filled cocktail best served during peak sunshine. Here's how to serve one up of your own:

MUDDLE the berries in the base of a cocktail shaker and then add all remaining ingredients except the soda water. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled highball glass. TOP with soda and garnish with strawberries and a sprig of mint.

Relax and sip away Courtside while the athletes do all the hard work.
