Customers help decide new menu at The Ice Cream Farm #Blog

The Ice Cream Farm, home to ‘The World’s Largest Ice Cream Shop’ has recently taken the management of The Pantry restaurant in house. With feedback from over 500 customers, it has created a brand-new menu and partnered with new local suppliers in order to offer better quality ingredients.

With feedback from a customer-led survey, The Ice Cream Farm has created a new menu, with changes including; more vegan and vegetarian options, gluten free choices, a wider variety of healthy options with fresh vegetables and vegetable based side dishes, more breakfast options, as well as more flexibility with dishes including ‘build your own’ salad.

The Ice Cream Farm has also partnered with local suppliers in order to offer the best quality ingredients possible, including Burrows Butchers in Bunbury and Clotton Hall Dairy.

To ensure quality, more dishes will now be made in house, with new additions including; Hot chicken goujon wrap, sweet potato fries, omelettes and a ‘Bangkok Bad Boy’ vegetarian burger.

General Manager, Katie Lewis, comments: “We’re really pleased to have launched the new Pantry menu. Our customers’ opinions are really important to us and we recently carried out a survey to gain their feedback. There was a clear demand for more home cooked, healthy meals and vegetarian options and we can’t wait to hear what our customers think about the new additions.

“We have lots of exciting events coming up and the double discount event is the perfect way for visitors to try the new menu.”
