The Cheshire Single Malt English Whisky –   Special Release, June 2024: “IPA Cask”

As both brewers and distillers, this Special Release combines our two passions in a delightfully vibrant expression. We filled six quarter casks with our most full-flavoured beer, the mighty Jester IPA, and let the hoppy beer impart its character into the barrels before re-filling with finishing whisky. The resulting subtle tropical and citrus hop flavours beautifully complement the creamy smooth whisky to produce an easy-drinking, accessible expression.

Availability and new pricing

There will only be 1,248 bottles of this unique release, each individually numbered and packed in a smart presentation tube – so great for gifting as well as drinking.

According to the critics, pricing of The Cheshire Single Malt gives superb value. We think they’re spot on – so each 70cl bottle, for now, is £50.
