Enjoy a delicious three course lunch in Browns Restaurant on Easter Sunday. Lunch will be served from 12.30pm until 2.30pm, with live entertainment for the whole family, and an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids

Starters

Pea soup, spring onion, parmesan crisp (V)

Rilette of sea trout, basil creme fraiche, beetroot and rocket

Crispy egg, purple sprouting broccoli, hollandaise

Main Courses

Roast rump of English beef with Yorkshire pudding, roasting potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich pan jus

Roast lamb, dauphinoise potato, charred asparagus, carrot puree, thyme gravy

Potato rosti, sauteed wild mushrooms, mushroom ketchup, broad beans, pea shoots (V)

Desserts

Simnel tart, cherry sorbet

Peach creme brulee, lemon cookies

Selection of Cheshire cheese with appropriate accompaniments
