Learn to cook incredible breakfast/brunch and lunch dishes all based around asparagus.

Grilled asparagus with fried duck egg and smoked bacon
Steamed asparagus, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
Smoked Haddock and asparagus omelette
Grilled lamb chops, asparagus and salsa verde
About the day.
8:00am: Welcome introduction.
Asparagus picking with Joel
9:00am – 09:30am: Break – Tea, coffee and Welsh cakes from the fire.
9.30am – 11:00am: Preparation and cooking
11:00am – 12:00pm: Sit down for brunch.
12:00pm – 12:30pm: Closing down your fire and Q&As
This masterclass isn’t aimed at children, although they are welcome to join alongside an adult.
