As we move into autumn 2022, h y p h a will once again shed it skin and be reborn into something never seen in Chester, the Northwest or even the UK. Our twenty-cover, seven-table dining space will be distilled down in a single table occupied by just 12 seats.
Our acclaimed tasting menu will now be presented directly by our chef patron, Laszlo Nagy and his team. Dishes will be created and decorated in front of you with surprises and interactions weaving their way through every course.
Our food principles and dedication to quality will remain at their highest as we execute each day’s ‘performance’ and raise the bar for shared, fine dining experiences.
Our wine list and drinks flights will be curated by our in-house sommelier bringing incredible natural wines, intertwined with our own creations from our drinks laboratory.
The curtains will raise on our “Season’s Story” only 6 times per week;
Thursday: Soirée (Evening).
Friday: Matinée (Lunch) & Soirée.
Saturday: Matinée, Early Soirée & Soirée.
Each performance will last between two to three hours and guests are encouraged to expect the unexpected in an unpretentious and engaging setting. Tickets will be allocated for parties from 2 – 6 guests and table plans will be designed around this meaning a certain level of privacy will still be awarded to individual parties on the communal dining space.
We are so excited about the atmosphere and inspiration the new space will create and we cannot wait to welcome everyone to take in this truly unique dining experience. Tickets for September & October will be available through our website from 1stof August.
