At the Farm Shop the weather has been good to us and we have strawberries in abundance for you to come and pick. Picking-your-own strawberries is a lovely family activity for the weekend, especially if the sun is out. We have somewhere around 12,000 strawberry plants to harvest, so we really could do with your help!
Our weekend barbecue is also now in action -weather permitting- and our butchery team have put together an exciting menu of Pulled BBQ Brisket topped with coleslaw on a milk bun, Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork Topped with coleslaw on a brioche bun, Chicken Kebab in pitta bread with side of salad and Shredded Steak Baguette with fried onion and sauce of your choice. We also have two authentic BBQ dry rubs created here at the Farm Shop with our secret ingredients; the Texas Dry Rub and Memphis Dry Rub. Both are available on the Shredded Steak and the Pulled Brisket baps. Just let us know which you’d like when you order.
