Knutsford Wine Fair to Debut This November

The inaugural Knutsford Wine Fair takes place on Sunday 23 November 2025 at Knutsford Market Hall, bringing independent winemakers and standout seasonal food together under one roof. Designed to make great wine relaxed, fun and accessible, the event will celebrate unique producers and modern wine culture, welcoming everyone from curious first timers to seasoned wine lovers.

Curated by Linden Stores co-owners Laura Christie and Chris Boustead, the duo behind Knutsford’s celebrated neighbourhood restaurant, the Knutsford Wine Fair will feature over 20 wines from pioneering producers across the UK and Europe. Guests can meet the winemakers, taste their wines and enjoy seasonal sharing plates from Linden Stores, served throughout the day.

The event is designed to be relaxed, social and approachable, offering guests the chance to explore the world of wine in a way that feels fresh and fun. Each £30 ticket includes tastings of over 20 wines and a goodie bag and the opportunity to buy bottles or order cases for later collection, perfect for stocking up ahead of the festive season.

Laura Christie comments:

“Wine has always been central to what we do at Linden Stores, from the relationships we’ve built with producers to the way we share those wines with our guests, the Knutsford Wine Fair is a chance to take that passion beyond the restaurant. We’ve designed it to be approachable for everyone, from wine lovers to those just starting to explore, a relaxed, friendly day to taste, discover and enjoy.”

Celebrating Independent Producers

  • Phillip Harris Wines (Hastings) – A family-run vineyard where every bottle is made by hand and features artwork by Quentin Blake.
  • The Heretics (Essex) – Creative English winemakers known for their distinctive bottles and collaborations with emerging artists.
  • Vines of Cheshire (Chester) – A sustainable four-acre vineyard producing still and sparkling wines just a mile from Chester Zoo.
  • GOOD WINES (Manchester) – Natural wines made simple, approachable and above all good.
  • Maison Ventenac (Languedoc, France) – Represented by Graft Wine, this family-run French estate combines tradition with innovation.

Children are welcome too, with under-18s tickets priced at just £1, giving access to a cold-pressed juice tasting bar from York + Co. designed to spark curiosity and flavour discovery from an early age.

The Knutsford Wine Fair will take place on Sunday 23rd November, with one-hour tasting sessions running from 1pm. Tickets are available now via the Linden Stores website, priced at £30 per person for adults and £1 for under 18s.
