About Academy West
Inspired in design by Manchester’s famous Northern Quarter, our award winning Academy West Restaurant is open for reservations.
From Gin tasting evenings to fantastic gourmet evenings with well-known chefs such as Damien Wagner, Stuart Collins & Luke Thomas there’s something for everyone at Academy.
Our highly trained students along with their tutors provide culinary experiences at amazing prices that are not to be missed.
We offer a mixture dining including a la carte, a light bite menu, a new artisan counter and a themed pop up counter. We advise all customers to check we are open in advance as sometimes we may close for private meetings/functions etc.
We offer a gourmet evening once a month which is priced at £35 per head for a 5 course taster menu with pairing wines. All details regarding dates for these can be found on the website.
Academy West are now taking bookings for Christmas lunches & evening meals on select dates throughout the end of November and December. Lunch is £16.50 and dinner £19.50. Again information on dates etc can be found on the website.
