CityFibre is the UK’s third national digital infrastructure platform. With existing networks in more than 60 towns and cities, CityFibre provides wholesale Full Fibre connectivity to business and consumer service providers, local authorities and mobile operators. We are not an Internet Service Provider, we simply lay the network in the ground.
CityFibre has network rollouts underway with plans to pass up to 8 million homes and businesses with open-access full fibre infrastructure, across the UK.
At a hyperlocal level, CityFibre will be building in Chester for approx. 3 years, investing £23 million in a brand-new network that will bring a game-changing experience in terms of speed and reliability to the city.
While we don’t sell any services, we do want to capture residents “interest” in the network, our marketing activity is always geared towards generating and capturing registrations via our website – these details include email addresses and postcodes of those who would like updates on our progress and may look to take up the service with a network provider, when we have brought them onboard.
