Weetwood Ales began in 1992 and we’ve been brewing exceptional beer since then. We get on with this quietly in our beautiful corner of Cheshire, focusing on quality and consistency and working with masses of fantastic natural ingredients to create flavour and character.

We wanted to take this further, to distil from grain as well as to brew from grain, to experiment and create new flavours and to have spirits maturing in wood. After all, beer and spirits go hand-in-hand and we love a great gin or whisky as much as we love good beer. So, in 2018 we sourced a custom-built copper still and created Weetwood Distillery.

We have a team of outstanding, dedicated people and together we brew, distil and ditribute more than 1.5 million pints of beer and thousands of bottles of spirits every year from our modern, SALSA accredited brewery and distillery just up the road from where we started.
