Wych’s Brew was founded in 2021 in a little corner of southwest Cheshire. Offering a range of cakes, bakes, jams, chutneys, honey, and fruit gins, Wych’s Brew uses home grown and foraged seasonal ingredients to reflect the turning of the year.
On our little plot we grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables as well as having access to hedgerow classics such as sloe and blackberry. We also keep our own bees.
From individual cupcakes to a full service of afternoon teas, a broad range of delicious treats are available, and some can even be purchased online.
Wych’s Brew is growing steadily and is already providing protein bakes and other treats to a nearby gym. We can also be found at fairs and markets in Cheshire.
