Hard work pays off, but you need initiative

Which chef do you admire most and why?

Gordon Ramsey- he has transcended being a great chef, and a great tv personality to a successful business man

How would you describe your style of cooking and current menu?

Our style of cooking is described as refined comfort food. I love the food of the deep south so we take classic dishes and prepare them with modern techniques and add our own flair to create a truly unique BBQ and grill style product

What do you hate most about the restaurant business?

The unsociable hours

What meal do you like cooking most for yourself?

When im at home I eat very simply and you cant beat a good pan of Scouse!

What is your favourite drink?

Im a lover of Wine

What car do you drive?

I drive a five series BMW

What do you do for fun?

I play guitar and im an enthusiastic collector of video games
