My Spicy Blends on Dee 106.3 #Radio

We were so excited to be on Dee 106.3 for our TC Tuesday slot.  We could smell the delightful spices in the dishes being prepared before we went live – our mouths were literally watering having to wait to taste them.

Jeremy Harris owner of My Spicy Blends prepared 2 delicious meals from his range of Spice Blends and Rubs

• Chicken Tikka Masala
• Malaysian Beef Rendang

They tasted just like great Indian Restaurant dishes and are so simple to make using the blends.  Each comes with a simple recipe card.  All you need to add is the protein of your choice plus the liquid (water, coconut milk).
