Relax and refuel with Bloom + Bo, the innovative, new Café and Bar situated on Pillory Street, Nantwich. Having previously opened back in March, for three days albeit, before having to close due to the Co-vid pandemic outbreak, the venue has recently re-opened to great praise.
Bloom + Bo offers sit-in and takeaway fresh food made to order with a variety of hot and cold drinks boosted by a tidy range of craft beer and ethically minded wines. Using a range of local suppliers and offering high quality foods including vegan and vegetarian options.
Serving breakfast baps, signature bagels, yoghurt bowls, cakes, croissants, smoothies along with classic lunchtime sandwiches and daily salad bowl specials. Their locally sourced apple roasted ham and Cheshire cheese sandwich, ‘The Nantwich’ is becoming a popular request and the ‘ALT’, an interesting miso-roasted aubergine delight, is gaining a firm following.
Having to diversify their offering, the café also houses a charming artisan shop, selling anything from craft beers, Italian pasta and snacks to a tasty selection of Japanese sushi products.
Bloom + Bo strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible, consciously choosing suppliers, products on sale and their packaging, ensuring that wherever possible they’re compostable or recyclable.
Quality local food and great tasting fair-trade coffee in a welcoming interesting setting, what more do you need?
The owner Garry hints, “with our café bar having an alcohol license, a Thursday evening ‘supper club’ is currently being planned, as too are themed tasting evenings and events”. Exactly what Nantwich needs.
