Lucky us to be joined by Kingdom from At the Hollows and The Suburbs talking New Cocktails, New Menu, New Look.

There has always been a fabulous atmosphere in both At the Hollows and The Suburbs, which are situated next door to each other on Charles Street, Hoole. But we are promised that the new look will create a much more comfortable and spacious place for people to relax and enjoy the whole experience.

They open their ‘new doors’ for the launch on 23 March and thereafter for all to enjoy. The entertainment factor of both venues is fabulous! The staff have such a great passion for what they do, you can’t help but have fun.

Suburbs offer around 40 cocktails on their normal menu – YES 40! and their library of cocktails is in the region of 100. However, if what you want is not on the menu they will happily cater for your taste. Just by talking to the cocktail team about what spirit or liquor you like, what your taste buds prefer they will create something perfect for you.

Kingdom started us off making a Django Unchained Cocktail which has a Gin base then moved on to make us a Slow Decline Cocktail which was Raspberry Vodka and Melon Liquor based. See the video on the link below.
