Bean & Cole

Bean & Cole is an independent coffee shop run by owners Ian (Bean) and Nicole (Cole) inspired by a year long trip to Australia. Having recently opened in June 2018, they wanted to create a welcoming space with a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The shop is situated in Chester City Centre, less than a minute away from Chester’s famous City Walls.

Coffee is the main focus here, with carefully chosen single origin coffee being served, but there are plenty of other tasty treats available. There are always two different espressos to choose from, and a ‘barista special’ available on filter coffee.

Suppliers are local where possible and all dietary requirements can be catered for. There are a range of vegan and vegetarian options on the small but simple food menu. There are also plenty of gluten free and vegan cakes and brownies to choose from! Bread and pastries come from a local bakery, and sandwich specials change weekly.

Staff are passionate about coffee and what they do and bring a slice of the Aussie customer service to Chester.
