Russell Watson to unveil Bents Christmas opening #News

Following last years break in tradition due to lockdown, Bents want Russell’s appearance to add a touch of magic to the proceedings.

The opening event will begin at 8.30am outside the main entrance to the centre. After a traditional countdown and wave of a wand, customers will be guided through to this year’s displays.

Once open, customers will be guided into the centre to see a host of enchanted creatures. Over 10 themed displays will be unveiled, each providing ideas and inspiration for both inside and outside the home.

As usual, Bents’ Christmas has been kept under wraps since work started on the transformation in late August, but Bents say their in-house team of designers, joiners and visual merchandisers have created an experience which ‘will make Christmas 2021 truly magical.’ 

Matthew Bent, managing director at Bents said: “We’d like to say a huge thank you to Russell for agreeing to join us for our official opening.

“Once again our team has risen to the challenge and delivered what we believe is another fantastic display and one which we are very much looking forward to unveiling on October 13.”
