Our Food, Drink & Interesting Things Club is back on Thursday 28th May for a Springtime Wine Tasting. Head Chef Adam Stanley has put together a four course dinner menu casing local seasonal ingredients, source -where possible- from the Farm Shop. Each course will be paired with two wines by our very knowledgable wine expert, John Budd of Hallgarten Druitt & Novum Wines. John will talk about each wine while you taste them during the meal. Dinner will kick off at 7pm and the cost £40 per head. Space is limited, so if you are interested, booking is essential.
