  1. Using the casing of the cheese, cut into the bread and remove the middle giving enough space for the cheese to be sunk in
  2. Using a sharp knife, score the bread half way down, cutting the top into 12
  3. Drizzle lemon and herb oil inside the load and sprinkle with Maldon salt
  4. Place camembert into the loaf
  5. Microwave loaf with cheese in for 45 secs and then put on baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and golden on top
  6. Drizzle honey over loaf and cheese, sprinkle with Maldon salt

Ingredients

1 x Camembert wheel
1 x dessert spoon of lemon & herb oil
2 x dessert spoons of honey
1/2 dessert spoon of salt
Chilli jam for dipping
1 x Garlic and Herb Sourdough

Baking tray
