Whatever they do these guys just get it so right all the time and here is yet another example of how they continue to see the bigger picture.
Once again The Chefs Table are leading the way, but this time in the most charitable way. Liam McKay co-owner of the restaurant will be joining Adam Tomlinson of the Sticky Walnut and other hospitality leaders in a mountain trek across the Simien Mountains of Ethiopia for Charity. They will covering 80km of rocky trails at vast altitude across 4 days in October. The challenge is all in aid of raising £100,000 for Action Against Hunger; to provide malnourished children with healthier futures, this is a cause close to Liam’s heart having two children of his own.
