The Forge Launches New Cocktail Menu with rare and regional ingredients

Spearheaded by Paul Hardman, Bar Manager, and the team at The Forge are launching a new cocktail menu, serving creative signature drinks using local ingredients wherever possible, perfect to welcome the change of season.

The collection of autumnal cocktails brings a balance between the beloved classics and Paul’s creative new concoctions, using carefully researched and sourced fine and rare spirits. Paul holds true to the ethos of The Forge, bringing British seasonal and local ingredients into his concoction, as they use sustainable and foraged elements in the tipples.

The menu is aptly separated into segments including Timeless Cocktails and New Age Classics, where you can delight in a Lavender Martini, with Finlandia vodka, lavender, lemon, and egg whites, and their Cheshire Sling, sure to be popular with the locals, with Three Wrens gin, cherry Heering Grand Marnier, maraschino syrup, pineapple, sugar and bitters. As The Forge focus on local and foraged ingredients, why not try the Aelder Collins, which has freshly picked elderberries from the area.

The bar also offers an impressive and diverse list of Champagne, sparkling and still wines available by glass, bottle, or magnum.

Choose to sit at the stunning bar at The Forge, perfect for pre-dinner or after work drinks or a weekend catch up with a friend. For diners, The Forge also brings a bit of theatre straight to your table with cocktails made from their popular “Booze Trolley”.  For the discerning drinker, the Booze Trolley allows you to enjoy the luxury of the bar coming straight to you for pre and post meal enjoyment.
