  1. Mix all the ingredients together and set aside to use when pastry is ready.

Pastry

  1. Pastry – mix all the ingredients together and let the pastry rest for at least half an hour.
  2. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
  3. When the pastry is ready, take small chunks with your hands and shape into a round disk using your hands.
  4. Add a teaspoon of the filling and seal the edges, making sure that the filling has been properly sealed.
  5. Place on a non-stick baking tray, brush with milk and baked for 15/20 minutes until golden brown.

200g cheddar (grated)
1 egg
1 tsp black pepper

Pastry

500g self-raising flour
220g Greek style yoghurt
250g margarine
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp olive oil
Milk for brushing
