Carden Park will be playing host to wine expert JD Rossouw, winemaker at Franschhoek Cellar, on Thursday 29th October for a special Wine and Dine evening.
For £30.00 per person, attend our drinks reception at 7pm where you’ll enjoy a complimentary glass of Carden Old Gold and an introduction from JD before a three course African-themed dinner and wine tasting.
Starter: roast hake fillet with mussel broth and crispy calamari
Main: fillet of ostrich with a veld game pie and pumpkin gratin
Dessert: African ‘melktert’ (a sweet pastry crust filled with a creamy custard) with roasted figs.
