At the top end we have Simon Radley at his eponymous Restaurant at the Chester Grosvenor which has retained it’s Michelin Star since 1990 and holds 4 AA Rosettes. Another Michelin Star Chef, Michael Caines can frequently be seen overseeing operations at his fifth floor restaurant at ABode in Chester as can television Chef Simon Rimmer at his successful restaurant Earle in Hale.
The Michelin Guide also recently awarded Joseph Benjamin in Chester a prestigious Bib Gourmand. Sticky Walnut in Hoole is also getting noticed by food lovers all over the UK and not just for it’s outrageous tweets either!
