This is a great curry for beginners, as it is simple to use (you just heat it through!), and with the addition of chicken or vegetables it makes a great curry for all the family to enjoy.
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and the diced potatoes first. Aſter a few minutes add all the other vegetables.
2. Pour Big 5 Cape Malay Curry Sauce over the vegetables and simmer in the pan for approx 35 mins.
3. Whilst that is cooking, chop up tomatoes and the red onion into a salsa.
4. Serve the curry with rice and add the salsa on the side.
5. Enjoy!

2 red peppers, chopped
2 courgettes, sliced
2 medium potatoes diced
1 jar of Big 5 Cape Malay Curry Sauce
1 red onion, chopped finely
4 tomatoes, chopped finely
