Created using Red Wine Vinegar, with a beautiful blend of a traditional South African spices, the result a fabulous high protein low fat gluten free variety of Biltong that’s beyond compare.

Often described as smooth in texture with a mild earthy taste and is often compared to Prime Beef or Veal. With less fat than chicken or turkey and a high protein and iron content, not only is Ostrich Biltong a taste sensation but has great health benefits too.
