A lovely summer market planned with a mixture of indoor and outdoor artisan food and craft stalls. There will be fresh bunches of flowers and vegetables from the kitchen garden and the courtyard kitchen will be open serving brunches, homemade cakes & drinks. The gardens are open too and dogs on leads are welcome who why not make the most of your day?

A lively market on the first Saturday of every month (except Jan) from 9am until 1:30pm.  With over 70 artisan food and craft stalls from throughout the region it is a great place to visit for the whole family.  Many of our specialist stall holders are award winning and visitors travel widely to sample their produce.

While you shop children are entertained by a free monthly craft activity and live music from a variety of local bands and musicians. The market is free to attend for all, with a £1 parking charge per vehicle.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Rode Hall you can also take a walk around the gardens or enjoy a welcome snack in the tea rooms which serve homemade cakes, light lunches and refreshments.  All produce grown in the kitchen garden is either used in the tea room or sold at the farmers market.
