Rode Hall’s Lovely Summer Farmer’s market is this Saturday 3rd Aug 9am – 1.30pm!

Rode Hall Farmers Market is set in the beautiful grounds of Rode Hall Gardens on the first Saturday of every month (except January). It’s a great place for the whole family to visit.

The courtyard kitchen is open serving homemade cakes, lunches and refreshments.  The gardens are open too and don’t forget to visit the beautiful kitchen garden (although given the weather this week, wellies may well be advisable). Rode’s Grade II listed park and gardens are amongst the finest in Cheshire.

The market features an amazing selection of the best regional and local produce. With over 60 stall holders from Cheshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire you can expect lots of artisan bread, cheese, tarts , pastries and pasta plus rare breed meat and fresh fish.

There will be fresh herbs on sale and plants for the garden as well as hand cut bunches of flowers from the Walled Garden.

Rode Hall Farmers Market offers live music, story telling, face painting, crafts and activities for all of the family to enjoy.

Craft activities for children have included carving pumpkins, making scarecrows, decorating biscuits, creating mobiles, face painting and more. It is an opportunity for the children to be involved and they look forward to coming and seeing what the activity is each month!

This month, the talented saxophonist Alex Clarke Jazz is playing and Just So Festival will be there too with a photo opportunity with a difference !
