Greetings from Weetwood,

We are delighted to share that our Sloe Gin is available to order now.

This is a wonderfully rich sloe gin liqueur, bursting with the natural goodness of hand foraged Cheshire Sloes.

In October 22, we held a Sloe Swap here in Kelsall. We asked our customers to bring Sloes to the Distillery, which we exchanged for Beer & Spirits. The response was great, sloes heading in from parts of Chester, Nantwich, Wilmslow as well as the hedgerows of Kelsall, Willington and beyond.

We gently macerated the fresh picked sloes in our high strength, grain to bottle London Dry Gin which is slowly distilled here at Weetwood, using locally sourced grain and our naturally soft water.

This process releases the natural flavour, colour and goodness from the Blackthorn fruit. Producing a rich and full flavoured Sloe Gin.

It tastes wonderful sipped neat over ice. In a long drink with Fever Tree Lemon tonic. Try it with your favourite fizz, making a delicious Sloesecco, a great twist on a Kir Royale. 

We have created a delicious product, which has real relevance to the growing customer demand for sustainable, locally produced alternatives. Which engage with consumers.

The 1^st batch was hand bottled last week, it’s available for despatch now. Bottled at 30% ABV in a 70cl bottle. We also have 5cl miniatures, to compliment the full Weetwood Spirit range.

All packaging is fully recyclable.
