Christleton Restaurant Holdings Ltd has acquired the entire share capital of Roberts and Wade Restaurants Ltd. The transaction sees John Roberts exit to concentrate on his other business interests whilst Ian Wade will continue to drive the restaurant group forward. The group currently consists of Urbano 32 and Burger Shed 41, both of which are based in Chester. John commented, “it’s been a very rewarding experience for me to be involved in the start-up and growth of two successful restaurants and I look forward to seeing Ian and the team take them onto the next level”. Ian added “I’d like to thank John for everything over the last 5 years. We’ve had a great journey together opening two fantastic restaurants & creating the team of staff behind them. I’m very excited for the future, growing the brands & moving forward with the solid foundations in place”.
