Launched during spring 2018, your local fishmonger has arrived at The Hollies Farm Shop at Little Budworth to bring you fresh fish in Cheshire. Fish is a high protein, low fat food that provides a range of health benefits. Visit the new fish counter when planning your regular mid week meals, dinner parties, special occasions and more!

Delivered 5 days per week, The Hollies fresh catch will be brought to you by Big Fish Little Fish based in Manchester, offering the highest quality fresh fish produce.

Fish is very simple to cook, and The Hollies’ dedicated team are always on hand to offer you help and advice. Fresh fish is now available weekly Tuesday – Sunday.

Owners Phil & Ed Cowap said, “Quality is the essence of our business; from the products we sell, the displays we create to the passion of our team for great customer service. We asked our customers what they would like to see next and fresh fish was a popular suggestion. We are all so excited to have expanded The Hollies offering further.”

The Hollies Farm Shop was established in 1959 as an honesty box at the roadside. Phil and Ed Cowap are the third generation in their family’s award-winning business. The Hollies Farm Shop offers a farm shop, butchery, fishmongers, delicatessen, coffee shop, restaurant, gift barn and five-star self-catering forest lodges.  Muckrach Country House Hotel in the Scottish Highlands was bought by the Cowap family in 2014 and after 14 months of renovations, opened in 2015 as a 13-bedroom 4 star luxury boutique hotel and restaurant. 32 by the Hollies will be the next project for The Hollies team. The conversion of the old HSBC building on Tarporley High Street is under way; 32 will become a restaurant, bar and 5-bedroom hotel later this year.
